Privacy policy
Last updated 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data AI Playbook House collects when you use this website, register for a masterclass, book a strategy session or contact us, and how we look after it. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
AI Playbook House ("we", "us") runs this website, the AI Playbook with Ravi podcast and the Free AI Masterclass. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
For any privacy question or request, email hello@aiplaybookhouse.com or use the contact form.
2. What we collect
We only collect what we need:
- Masterclass registration: name, work email, company, role, company size, the area you want AI to help with and anything you tell us about your goals.
- Strategy session requests: your name, business name, role, email, phone number if you give it, company size and answers about your priorities and challenges.
- Contact messages: name, email, company if given and your message.
- Website usage: if you allow analytics cookies, pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you interact with pages.
- Team accounts: email address and sign-in records for people who manage this website.
3. How we use it and why
- To deliver what you asked for (contract or steps before a contract): sending your masterclass joining link, reminders and replay; arranging a strategy session; replying to messages.
- To run and improve our services (legitimate interests): understanding who attends, improving content and keeping the website secure.
- To measure and advertise (consent): analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them.
- Occasional updates (consent or soft opt-in): news about future masterclasses and episodes. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To meet legal obligations: for example, keeping business records.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to make decisions about you by purely automated means.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to keep your data protected.
6. How long we keep it
- Masterclass registrations: up to 24 months after the session, then deleted or anonymised.
- Strategy session requests and contact messages: up to 24 months after our last contact, longer if you become a client.
- Analytics data: according to each tool's retention settings, usually 14 to 26 months.
- Client records: as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, usually 6 years.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@aiplaybookhouse.com. We'll respond within one month.
You can change your cookie choices at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
8. Keeping data safe
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to named team members with individual accounts and role-based permissions, and we review access regularly. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever become aware of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you and the regulator where required.
9. Children
Our services are for business professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first at hello@aiplaybookhouse.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
11. Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
