Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply when you use this website, register for a free masterclass or request a strategy session with AI Playbook House. By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
1. About us
This website is operated by AI Playbook House. You can reach us at hello@aiplaybookhouse.com.
2. Using the website
You may use the website for your own information and business purposes. You agree not to:
- use it in any way that breaks the law or harms others;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or databases;
- submit false information, spam or automated form entries;
- copy, scrape or republish substantial parts of the content without permission.
3. Free masterclass
- The masterclass is free. Places are limited and given in order of registration.
- Your Zoom join link is personal to you. Please don't share it; colleagues can register separately.
- We may record the session to provide a replay. If you speak or appear on camera, you may appear in the recording. You can keep your camera and microphone off.
- We may change the date, time, content or speakers, or cancel the session. If we do, we'll tell registered attendees by email.
- The session is educational. It isn't individual professional, legal or financial advice.
4. Strategy sessions and consultancy
Submitting a strategy session request doesn't create a contract. Any paid consultancy work will be covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which will take priority over these terms for that work.
5. Content and intellectual property
The website, podcast episodes, templates and other materials are owned by AI Playbook House or our licensors. Podcast guests keep ownership of their own names, likenesses and trademarks.
You can share links to our pages and episodes. Masterclass templates are for use inside your own business; please don't resell them.
6. Accuracy and AI guidance
We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, but AI tools and regulations change quickly. Content is general information. Before acting on it, consider your own circumstances and take professional advice where needed. Views expressed by podcast guests are their own.
7. Links to other websites
We link to sites such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn and Zoom. We aren't responsible for their content or how they use your data.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or anything else that can't be limited by law.
The website and free masterclass are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data arising from your use of the website or free content.
9. Privacy
How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
